Florida KidCare is a child health insurance program that offers comprehensive health care benefits to children from birth through 18 years of age who do not have insurance.  Eligibility for the KidCare program is based on family size and household income.  Many families pay only $15 or $20 monthly. Some families pay nothing at all.
